Konstantina is a co-founder of Kentriki Property Valuers and Consultants and is currently heading the Residential Agency Department. She has considerable experience in property development through numerous projects all over Greece. She obtained her MSc Degree in Economics from the London School of Economics.

Niki joined in Savills Greece in June 2024, as a company secretary. She graduated from University of West Attica, department of Social Work and she possess a certification in Human Resources Management and Organizational Analysis. Niki speaks Greek and English.

Stefanos is Rural & Surveying Engineer – Valuation Surveyor of the Aristotle University of Thessaloniki (AUTh, Greece). He has received two MSc degrees in Geomatics and Real investment and Finance from AUTh and Heriot Watt (UK) respectively, and is currently PhD Candidate in AUTh by focusing on commercial real estate spatial planning, valuation and development. Stefanos works professionally as Valuation Surveyor & Analyst since 2011, and is a Chartered Surveyor, member of Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors, of Hellenic Valuation Institute, of Association of Greek Valuers, of Technical Chamber of Greece, of Hellenic Association of Rural and Surveying Engineers and of Research Group "Analysis, Valuation and Management for Real Estate & Land" (A.VA.MA., AUTh).

Nikos is a Rural & Surveying Engineer-Valuation Surveyor. He graduated from Aristotle University of Thessaloniki (AUTh, Greece) and he achieved an MSc degree in Real Estate from the University of Glasgow. Nikos works professionally as a Valuation Surveyor since 2016 and is a member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors, of Hellenic Valuation Institute and of Technical Chamber of Greece.

Georgios joined Savills Hellas Athens Office in September 2021, as a Valuation Surveyor, after being awarded his MSc in Real Estate Investment Finance from Oxford Brookes University (Oxford, England) delivered by the Metropolitan College of Athens. He previously had 7 years of solid professional experience in property management and development, gained within the DEMCO Group of Companies (Greece). Georgios also received his Bachelor's degree in Engineering of Renovation and Restoration of Buildings from the Technological Educational Institute of Patras (Greece).

Dimosthenis is a Surveying Engineer-Valuation Surveyor. He graduated from Technological Educational Institute of Athens and he achieved a MSc degree in the field of Organization and Management of Resources and Development Projects from the Aristotle University of Thessaloniki (AUTh, Greece). He is currently PhD Candidate in the AUTh by focusing on Economic Resilience and Sustainable Spatial Development. Dimosthenis works professionally as a Valuation Surveyor since 2018 and is Certified Valuer in Real Estate Property. He is a member of Association of Greek Valuers and a member of Technical Chamber of Greece.

Stella joined Savills in November 2023, as a Junior Associate Valuation & RE Advisory. She graduated from the Aristotle University of Thessaloniki, Department of Spatial Planning and Development in 2021 and she is a qualified Engineer, Member of the Technical Chamber of Greece (157461). She also achieved a MSc degree in the field of Applied Economics and Regional Development with a specialization in Urban and Regional Development and in Real Estate Market Economics. Stella works professionally as a Valuation Surveyor since 2022. She speaks English, German & Greek.

Michael holds a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration from the Athens University of Economics and Business, as well as a MSc degree in Real Estate Management and Development from Heriot-Watt University in Edinburgh, accredited by RICS. Furthermore, he is a junior member of the Association of Greek Valuers. Michael has prior experience as a real estate consultant, based in Chania, since July 2018.

Dr. Konstantinos Lykostratis is a Civil Engineer with a Master's and PhD degree specializing in urban economics. He completed his postdoctoral research (IKY excellence scholarship holder) focusing on defining real estate submarkets, and he actively participates as a researcher in European Research Programs. He has been awarded the "Edoardo Mollica Award" for young researchers twice (2019, 2022). His interests focus on spatial/geographical analysis, particularly on property value analysis, the impact of urban planning parameters and urban morphology on housing values, real estate submarkets, and Geographic Information Systems. He is a peer reviewer for scientific journals and has published numerous scientific papers. Since 2019, he is teaching undergraduate and postgraduate courses at the University of West Attica and Democritus University of Thrace. He has been a member of Savills Hellas Athens Office since 2020, working on research reports on various real estate sectors. He also participates in spatial analysis and econometrics projects, feasibility studies, project management, and is currently developing an automated mass valuation model, integrating academic and research knowledge into the market.

Nikoletta joined in Savills Greece in November 2022, as a researcher and she is an undergraduate student at the University of West Attica in the department of Surveying and Geoinformatics Engineering. Nikoletta has chosen the direction of Development Projects and she speaks Greek and English.

Thodoris joined Savills Hellas at the start of 2025 in the Research Dept. He holds a bachelor's degree in Statistics and Insurance science from the University of Piraeus and a seminar in Business Analytics with Big Data from the University of Economics and Business οf Athens adding to his statistical and analytical background.

George has a degree in civil engineering from the University of West Attica and a 8 years’ experience in roles such as project / construction manager, cost estimator, scheduler and TDD specialist, working with clients all over the world in significantly demanding and prodigious projects in Greece and abroad. He has managed various projects and has inspected many properties, most of them being office complexes, residential properties, large hotel units and resorts in Saudi Arabia and large scale projects in Balkan & Cyprus region. Having a deep knowledge of project management tools, techniques, regulations, codes and standards, he is capable of handling challenging projects and always eager to combine already gained knowledge as well as conducting his own research for delivering responsible input to the projects’ success.

Theodor is an MSc Dipl. Engineer with an over 30 years involvement in the construction sector, both in Germany and in Greece. Has handled, from various positions of responsibility, several challenging construction projects of a total amount of nearly €270million.

Has significant work experience in the construction coordination, in particular CM and PM of multi-demanding projects. With additional extensive skills in Contract Management and Cost-estimation and control, as well as in QA/QC, based on his deep knowledge of building construction standards, regulation and codes.

Accredited Energy Inspector, Health & Safety Engineer (HSE), Certified European Passive House Designer (CEPH), Member of the National Register of Certified Auditors (NRCA) of National Development Laws.

Alexandros holds a degree in Civil Engineering from the University of Architecture, Civil Engineering and Geodesy Sofia, Bulgaria (UACEG), thus, a Master Degree in “Public & Residential Premises Construction”.

He owns a private office in Megara area and undertakes residential and commercial construction projects.

He is an experienced Civil Applications Engineer in landscaping services and garden design and has worked as a Customer Relations and Personnel Administrator and site manager in hotels, parks and private villas.

His experience extends to the project management of hotel and private clubs’ construction.

Constantine joined Savills Greece in November 2023 as an Associate Director within the Advisory and Capital Markets department. Prior to Savills, Constantine covered Real Estate investment sales and acquisitions at BNP Paribas RE (BNPPRE), based in London. Constantine studied International Real Estate and Planning at University College London (UCL).

Fani joined Savills Hellas in 2018, but she has 20 years of experience in the Greek real estate market, in both commercial and residential sectors. The last 5 years she has focused on the luxury second home residential market. Her academic background includes a Diploma in Computers.

Petros graduated in Civil Engineering and obtained an MSc degree in Spatial Analysis, Planning and Management from the Aristotle University of Thessaloniki. He is a member of the Greek Technical Chamber since1996.
Petros has extensive experience in the field of Real Estate and Infrastructure and has held Senior and Executive positions. Petros is actively involved in development and feasibility studies also in valuations and agency of property assets.

Ioanna joined Savills in 2018 as a Sales coordinator in the Maida Vale office and then moved to Residential Lettings as a Lettings Negotiator in 2019. Since then, she has been specializing in the lettings industry covering the north west and prime central London areas. Ioanna has now joined Kentriki Savills Greece, in the office of Thessaloniki expanding her expertise in Sales and Lettings in both residential and commercial.

Vasilis joined Savills Hellas in 2024. He has experience on sales. His focus is on the real estate market, in both commercial and residential sectors. His academic background is on political science and public administration. He is doing his master’ s degree on the administration of health units. Certificated in real estate and property management from the national and Kapodistrian university of Athens.

Aris joined Savills Corfu office in 2024. He is responsible for the effective functioning of the office and also deals with customer service. He has studied tourism business and has also worked in this field for several years. As a passionate local, he enjoys helping people buy, sell and rent properties.
