Panoramic sea views traditional villa

The villa is very spacious and on three levels. From the gate entrance a driveway leads to the parking area and then to the ground level of the main house. Here there is a stunning open-plan living space with a fireplace. There is an elegant dining area for 10 guests and a well equipped kitchen. From the glass doors, guests can enjoy the really spacious verandas used as sitting and dinning areas. Just in the midle it is located a Jacuzzi heeated by woodstove. From the kitchen, a door leads to the main barbecue and a protected siting area. On this level there is also a double bedroom and a bathroom with shower.

On the first level there are two main bedrooms and a smaller one, all share one bathroom. From here you have access to a large veranda which looks straight out over the green suroundings and the sea. Finally on the attik there is one large bedroom and a bathroom. There is a an auxiliry use garden house that have a storage area, a kithenette and a wc. Outside of this house a large covered barbeque, a wood oven and a large monastic table that could attract all the familly for having breakfast , lunch or dinner.

On the plot is located a well maintain olive grove and two vineyards. There is a well, a fenced area for grown chickens and bunnies and a garden for cultivate your own vegetables.

The local village is situated below the villa (5 mins by car). It is a traditional village lively in the summer months with Athenian families who holiday here. There is a very pretty village square with a cafe as well as two tavernas and a bar that is set within a leafy garden.
