As of 1st May 1997, the Company is a full member of the Savills International Network, and thus it is considered as one of the oldest international associates of Savills, the global real estate provider.

The company has undergone dynamic growth in previous years establishing itself as a powerful player on the local property scene. The team of the Greek office provides advice and support to help companies and investors to maximise the benefits and efficiency of their property investment. We have extensive knowledge of both Greek, Cypriot, and Balkan real estate issues coupled with advisory and implementation skills. Our services are focused on valuation of all types of properties, development appraisals, due diligence, property research and market feasibility studies, development proposals, property marketing, property management.

Our staff is qualified through the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS), one of the largest professional bodies of Britain which is also acknowledged all over the world. The Athens office offers professional real estate consultancy services to both Greek and international companies as well as Public Organisations of the Hellenic Republic and although is primarily focused on the Greek market, the company also undertakes to provide advice on neighbouring markets such as Cyprus and the Balkan countries.
