The maisonette is very spacious in all levels. From the entrance of the complex, a stairway leads up to the central level of the property. Here there is a stunning open-plan living space with comfortable sofas that surround the fireplace. There is an elegant dining area for 8 guests, a well-equipped kitchen as well as a wc. In that level there are two verandas that had views to the pool area and to the sea. The east positioned veranda can be used as outside living area and the north one with the barbecue as a dining area, a few steps down you can reach the swimming pool. On the first floor there are three bedrooms and a bathroom, two of them have a balcony. On the lowest level of the house at garden level is a tastefully decorated living area, a bedroom, a bathroom and a storage area.

The local village of Melissi is situated between walking distance from the house. It is a traditional village lively in the summer months with Athenian families who holiday here. There is a village square with a cafe as well as a mini market.
